ビデオの子供はののちゃんです。ののちゃんは第35回童謡(どうよう；children's song)子供歌コンクールで銀賞(ぎんしょう；silver/2nd place)をもらいました。このビデオはとても有名になって、かんこくで人気がたくさんありました。

歌の歌詞はおもしろいと思います。歌の歌詞の子猫は今迷子(まいご；lost child)で、ちょっと困っています。犬のおまわりさん(an officer on a patrol)が子猫をてつだうために質問を聞いています。でも、子猫は家がどこか、名前が何か、聞いてもずっとなきます。犬のおまわりさんも困っているんです。かわいそうな子猫です。からす(crow)も、すずめ(sparrow)も、子猫の家がどこか分かりません。

I really enjoy listening to this song because the girl who sings it is absolutely adorable. The video went viral in South Korea because she was so cute and talented.

I enjoy it even more now that I can recognize different grammar rules and words in the lyrics. For instance, I can now understand 「困ってしまって」, which uses 困る and しまう to describe the dog's concern about not being able to help the kitten. Also, I enjoyed learning new words like 迷子 and おまわり。

I think listening to children's song is a very effective way to learn the language because the lyrics are simple and straightforward enough for me to understand the plot even if I don't know every single word or grammar used. ”ないてばかりいる”, for example, is not something we learned yet, but I was able to guess that the kitten kept crying. I was really able to visualize the situation.
